Faulty Product Claim

Have you received a product you believe to be faulty? At SimplyHair, we are dedicated to ensuring that our products are of the highest standards and best possible quality, so that you will be happy with each and every purchase you make. However, if you are dissatisfied with a product or believe it to be faulty, please follow the steps below.

Firstly, for us to be able to log and process a faulty claim irrelevant of the specific reason for the return, we require that the items are returned to us for full assessment. Once completed you will be provided with the relevant details to return the goods to us for assessment. Goods must be returned within 7 working days of submitting your claim.

Please be aware that as per our terms and conditions, hair that has been altered in any way, for example hair that has been coloured or chemically treated, cannot be assessed due to the hair having undergone additional unknown processing.

We are only able to process claims raised by the individual who placed the original order.
