I love this hair. The length is perfect almost down to my back and the colour looks very natural, it blends perfectly with my hair colour. They last very long and it's easy to maintain them.

rubbish hair small thin hair no thickness, sent me the wrong item does not match description. return from my own money due to there mistake. never purchasing from this company.

Ive been-using simple hair for over 6 yrs never usd a problem but in February I purchased same ones they was alot thiner & after 2mths some not all started to frizz !! Never had this before? Contacted customer service and reply was it’s because of the placment (never) my hair lady is professional its not her thats made the hair frizz, they said they would give me a discount on my next order. One pack of new hair would of been acceptable

The use of plastic tips means they slide out of the hair much more easily - 12 came out within 2-3 fays after having them put in. The plastic tips are also too long and can dig into your scalp. Hair quality seems adequate but I wouldn’t buy again

The metal at the top where you attach to the bead is so thin and bendy they keep slipping out the bead my customer lost 20 in 2 and half weeks I have always used other suppliers and the nanos are much better they are metal and is like a loop so is stronger and stays in the bead the clients don’t loose any when I supply them and this hair gets ready notty and feels really dry like as if it’s been in full term but only been in just over two weeks

Lovely quality so soft to touch bit gutted as the strands of hair are very thin, I bought 8 packs altogether and once having them fitted turns out I need another 2 packs, so altogether I’ve spent £623 I am a bit gutted
