Delivery Information

We offer a range of delivery options to ensure your order reaches you at a time and price that suits you.


🎅 Christmas 2025 Delivery Information

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by the following dates:

📦 17th December – Royal Mail Tracked 48®

📦 19th December – DPD Next Day / By 12pm / By 10.30

Key Dates

  • 24th December – Open until 12pm (12pm cut-off for same-day despatch)

  • 25th – 29th December – CLOSED

  • 30th December – Open (12pm cut-off for same-day despatch)

  • 31st December – 4th January – CLOSED

  • 5th January – Return to normal service

Orders placed after 12pm on 24th December will be dispatched on 30th December.

Orders placed after 12pm on 30th December will be dispatched on 5th January.

Please note: during peak periods such as Christmas, cut-off times and despatch schedules may differ from our standard service. Seasonal dates always take precedence over standard cut-off times.

 


Cut-Off Time

Under normal service conditions, all orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same working day (Monday to Friday only).

Please ensure you have read and understood our delivery options, delivery times, and cut-off points before placing your order. SimplyHair cannot be held responsible for perceived “late” deliveries resulting from a failure to understand these terms.

A working day refers to Monday to Friday and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.


Delays Due to Weather or External Factors

SimplyHair cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. Customers may return items for a full refund should an order arrive late due to these conditions.

Mainland UK Delivery

  • Tracked & Signed (2–4 working days*) – £4.99

  • Next Working Day Delivery** – £7.95

  • Saturday Delivery** – £13.99

Orders over £199 (Mainland UK only) qualify for free Next Working Day Delivery.

All delivery options above are fully trackable and include email and text notifications.

Selected aftercare items qualify for free untracked delivery, typically taking 3–4 working days. If your basket includes both aftercare items and other products, this free delivery option will not be available.

Northern Ireland

Orders to Northern Ireland are charged at £7.95. This is an express service arriving within 1–2 working days. While next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed, the vast majority of orders arrive on the first working day.


Republic of Ireland (ROI)

  • Standard delivery (2–3 working days) – £14.99


Wales

Orders to Wales can be shipped using any Mainland UK delivery option. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days. While next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed, the vast majority of orders arrive on the first working day.


Remote Areas

Orders to remote areas are charged at £7.95 and sent via an express service, typically arriving within 1–2 working days. Next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

International Tracking

All international orders are sent via a trackable service. Depending on the courier and destination country, tracking information may be limited once the parcel arrives locally. Where possible, we will assist in obtaining updates, though you may need to contact the courier directly.


Import Duties and Taxes

Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary by country, and all parcels are shipped with full customs documentation and an invoice showing the full order value.
