This semi-permanent baby blue hair dye works straight from the bottle as a single color, however, it is also a customer favorite for mixing with other shades (for those who are feeling creative). All Crazy Color products are formulated with our highly conditioning blend of ingredients which will leave your hair feeling full of life. For the best results, we recommend lightening your hair to level 9 or 10 (blonde) before use.

Do not mix with peroxide. To ensure the color is as expected, test on a small swatch before application. For best results apply to pre-lightened / bleached hair. Directions: After shampooing, towel dry hair and apply Crazy Color® evenly over hair (wear gloves). Leave for 15-30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
