Whilst we strive to ensure all orders are packed correctly and accurately, we apologise if you have received an order where an item is missing, and will look to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
We are incredibly proud of our <1% error rate, due to the extensive systems we operate to ensure our warehouse team are able to pack your orders accurately and consistently every time. It is for this reason we ask that before submitting your claim, you thoroughly check all packaging to ensure the item is in fact missing, and has not accidentally fallen on the floor, been over looked, or fallen inside the packing bag.
