Through using a SimplyHair trade account, you are able to purchase at a discounted rate as a professional hair extension fitter.

As all trade accounts are verified automatically in order to allow you to shop immediately, it is imperative that the information you provide is accurate.  You must be able to prove during your application that you are currently running a hair extension related business, or if you have not yet set up your business, that you are a qualified hair extension technician.

You will be given the option to upload your certificate or supply a link to your business website or social media sites.  If you set up a trade account using false or incomplete information your trade account may be cancelled, and any orders placed may also be cancelled until the issue is resolved.  A member of our friendly team will be in contact with you if there are any problems with your trade account in order to have these resolved asap for you.

Trade Discounts

As a trade account holder, you will be entitled to receive discounts off all of our products.  These discounts will vary depending on which items you have purchased, and the percentage discount for each product are as follows:

20% off all hair extensions

20% off hair extension fitting, e.g. micro rings, nano rings etc

5% off all aftercare and tools.

When Will My Trade Account Be Active

Once you submit your application your trade account will be activated automatically.  You will be sent an email with your log in details, and can use these to log into your account straight away and start shopping.  Make sure to check your junk mail in case the email goes there instead of your inbox.

How Does My Trade Account Work?

Once your account has been verified, when logged in all of the prices you see will have a strike through, and a new price will now be displayed which is your discounted trade price.  When you add the items to your basket, you will automatically be given the trade price, and do not need to worry about entering codes to get your discount.

Can I Still Place Trade Discounted Orders Over The Telephone?

Yes, if you would prefer to place an order over the telephone with our sales team, your trade discount can still be applied.  Trade accounts must be set up before you place your order over the phone in order to receive the discount.  Trade accounts cannot be set up over the telephone.

Can I Back Date Orders That Were Placed Before I Set Up A Trade Account

Unfortunately, we are not able to backdate trade discounts, therefore only the new order placed once your trade account is set up will have a discounted price.
