At SimplyHair we have a number of delivery options available to ensure that we can get your parcel to your door at a time that suits you, and a price you are happy with.

Cut Off Time

In order to service our customers as effectively as possible, we have one of the latest cut off times in the industry, with all orders placed before 3pm despatched the same day (week days only).

Before placing your order, please ensure you have thoroughly read and understood our delivery options, delivery times and cut off points.  SimplyHair cannot be held responsible for failure to understand these options, and any perceived “late” deliveries as a result of a failure to understand these options.

The term “working day” refers to Monday-Friday, and doesn’t not include Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Delays Due To Weather

SimplyHair cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by conditions outside of our control such as adverse weather conditions or postal strikes.   Customers are welcome to return items for a full refund should the item arrive late under these conditions.

All orders over £199 will qualify for free Next Working Day Delivery shipping.

All shipping options above are fully trackable, include email & text notifications.

Selected aftercare items are eligible for free, untracked shipping. These orders should take approx 3-4 working days for delivery. Please note that if you have selected an aftercare item, but have also added other products to your basket, this free shipping option will no longer be available.

Orders shipped to Northern Ireland are £7.95. This is an express service arriving within 1-2 working days. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a next day service for these locations, however 99% of orders will arrive within the first working day.

Standard delivery (2-3 working days) – £14.99

Orders to Wales can be shipped with any of our Mainland UK delivery options. These will arrive within 1-2 working days. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a next day service for these locations, however, 99% of orders will arrive within the first working day.

Orders shipped to Remote Areas are £7.95. This is an express service arriving within 1-2 working days. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a next day service for these locations, however 99% of orders will arrive within the first working day.

All orders will be sent via a trackable service, however, please be aware that depending on the courier used to process your parcel, tracking information may be limited once the parcel has arrived in its designated country.  We will do our best where possible to help gain tracking information in the event that it is not openly available, however you may need to liaise with the courier directly in some circumstances.
