At SimplyHair we have a number of delivery options available to ensure that we can get your parcel to your door at a time that suits you, and a price you are happy with.
Cut Off Time
In order to service our customers as effectively as possible, we have one of the latest cut off times in the industry, with all orders placed before 3pm despatched the same day (week days only).
Before placing your order, please ensure you have thoroughly read and understood our delivery options, delivery times and cut off points. SimplyHair cannot be held responsible for failure to understand these options, and any perceived “late” deliveries as a result of a failure to understand these options.
The term “working day” refers to Monday-Friday, and doesn’t not include Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

This is especially true if placing an order that is urgent, or required for a special occasion.
Delays Due To Weather
SimplyHair cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by conditions outside of our control such as adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. Customers are welcome to return items for a full refund should the item arrive late under these conditions.

All orders over £150 will qualify for free Next Working Day Delivery By 1pm shipping.
All shipping options above are fully trackable, include email & text notifications and require a signature upon delivery.
Selected aftercare items are eligible for free, untracked shipping. These orders are sent via Royal Mail and should take approx 3-4 working day for delivery. Please note that if you have selected an aftercare item, but have also added other products to your basket, this free shipping option will no longer be available.

Orders shipped to Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland are £6.99 and will be sent via Royal Mail, This is a express service arriving within 1-2 working days. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a next day service for these locations, however 99% of orders will arrive within the first working day.
If you are located in an area considered remote, whilst next day delivery is still available to you as a customer, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery due to the distance the parcel will need to travel in a short amount of time. Orders placed with us before 3pm on a working day will be despatched the same day, however you should allow an additional day for delivery in these circumstances, and in some cases your order may be shipped via an alternative courier.

For remote areas, pre12 services may be extended to 1pm to account for the distance the courier trailers are required to travel to reach your location.
Import Duties and Taxes
Please note, any import duty and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer, as regulations vary in regards to the charges which apply from country to country. All parcels will be sent with an invoice stating the full amount of the order, and customs documentation will be attached where applicable.
Please ensure you are happy with any potential tax or duty charges before proceeding with you order.
All orders will be sent via a trackable service, however please be aware that depending on the courier used to process your parcel, tracking information may be limited once the parcel has arrived in its designated country. We will do our best where possible to help gain tracking information in the event that it is not openly available, however you may need to liaise with the courier directly in some circumstances.
